Mr. Tae Lee is an accomplished data and solutions architect professional with over 20 years of experience working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). He has a strong background in analyzing the operational impacts of emerging technologies with an emphasis on shortfall quantification, model development, and data analytics. Mr. Lee has shown a superior ability to bridge the gap between his technical skills and the broader business objectives of an organization. He bridges the gap between the technical aspects of solution development and the business goals of an organization, ensuring solutions are not technically sound, but also aligned with the needs of the customer. He possesses a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and people skills to navigate stakeholder relationships, keep pace with market trends, and continually enhance solutions.
Before joining MicroTheory Engineering, Mr. Lee dedicated 14 years of his career to Cobec Consulting, where he played a pivotal role in establishing their Data Science and ArcGIS practices. During this time, he provided crucial support for numerous investment decisions and collaborated closely with clients to develop tailored organizational solutions. Before his tenure at Cobec, Mr. Lee supported a wide array of projects, ranging from assisting in the development of a National Airspace (NAS) simulator to offering quantitative cost-benefit and economic analysis to support the FAA’s acquisition strategy.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the College of William and Mary. He and his wife, Sarah, have been happily married for 12 years and are proud parents to two wonderful children, Jonathan (8) and Samantha (6). Their household also includes two dogs, a cat, and a hamster. Beyond his professional and family life, Mr. Lee enjoys seeking out new experiences with his family and, when time permits, playing golf.
