Roles
We are seeking talented professionals and problem solvers in areas such as:
- Systems Engineering: Chief Requirements Engineers, IV&V Leads, MBSE/Digital Engineering Specialists, System Architects
- Communications Engineering: Radio, RF, Spectrum, Telecommunications, and Voice Engineers
- Program Management Support: Acquisition Specialists, Program Analysts, Project Coordinators, Project Managers
- NAS Systems Engineering: Automation Requirements Leads, NAS Domain Architects, Interface Definition Engineers, Flow Management Engineers, Surveillance Radar Engineers

Role Requirements
Ideal candidates will bring technical expertise and strategic insight, coupled with a passion for advancing mission objectives. Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with aviation or FAA-related programs and a solid grasp of the operational environment
- Technical, business, or programmatic skills to effectively manage complex systems and deliver results
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and modern engineering practices, including digital transformation and systems integration
- Strong initiative and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving settings
Positions are available onsite or in hybrid arrangements at locations including Washington, DC; Atlantic City, NJ; and Oklahoma City, OK.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year
