Kristina Dimitrievski joined MicroTheory Engineering in the fall of 2025 as the Director of Human Resources overseeing the company’s staff operations, organizational structure, and internal processes. With more than a decade of management and organizational experience, she brings a grounded, systems-oriented approach to building strong, scalable teams and aligning HR strategy with business goals.
Before joining MicroTheory, Kristina supported the Federal Aviation Administration’s NextGen Office, providing program coordination and operational support. That role, together with her background in organizational leadership, shaped her emphasis on efficient structures and disciplined program execution that enable teams to do their best work.
Kristina believes strong organizations are built by empowering people and investing in their growth. Her professional mission is to help teams operate at their highest potential by designing efficient, well-structured processes and by fostering supportive, people-focused environments where employees can succeed and organizations can thrive. She places particular emphasis on coaching managers, building inclusive practices, and using data to drive equitable talent decisions.
She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph and brings a practical, human-centered perspective to HR that balances empathy with operational rigor.
