Mr. Mike Littier is a Business Development professional with over 15 years of corporate growth experience, including business development, capture, and proposal management. He has strong experience developing, managing, and pursuing corporate growth pipelines with demonstrated successes defining pursuit strategies, building teams, executing captures, and developing winning proposals for large, competitive contract efforts. Throughout his career, Mr. Littier has refined his ability to develop and execute winning strategies. He has been responsible for over $1 billion in award value, supporting bids for both Federal Civilian and Defense customers.
Before joining MicroTheory Engineering, Mr. Littier dedicated over 9 years of his career to LS Technologies (LST), where he played a pivotal role in growing the company from a small business to a large, including securing the first two Unrestricted contracts in the company’s history. Mr. Littier joined LST as a Proposal Manager, building out and executing the company’s proposal process from the ground up, and ultimately grew in the Capture and Business Development roles. Mr. Littier was directly involved in key wins at LST, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Enterprise Programs, Infrastructure, and Communications Services (EPICS), FAA Program Support Services (PSS), and FAA Systems Engineering and Technical Innovative Solutions (SETIS), as well as over 60 competitive task orders awarded under LST’s IDIQ vehicles. Before his time at LST, Mr. Littier supported proposals, technical writing, and program analysis at a number of small businesses within the government space.
Mr. Littier holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Virginia Tech. He and his wife, Margaret, have been happily married since 2021 and are proud parents to two children. Outside of his professional life, Mr. Littier enjoys being active, adventuring with his family to national parks, and exploring the outdoors.
